Each athlete is to pin a pre assigned tag to the front of his/her race shirt (tags are found in the envelopes inside your race packet). This year the tags are race (ie vm, vw, jvm, jvw,) and color coded.
Be sure your athletes are wearing the appropriate tags. Athletes that run in the wrong race will be disqualified. Please, do not change the name or race code on any of your tags. If you need corrections, please see the Official Scorer located in the office of the pole barn.
Scoring is done by computer 7 runners per team first five runners score with re-ranking for individuals. Be sure to remind your athletes not to remove their race tag in the finish chute; a chute worker will do that. Another worker will collect their place stick as they exit the chute.
